why would you want to rent a room on such a short term basis?

he maybe have an internship or training for work that only lasts so long. i had to find a place that would allow me to live in the mtns for 3 months. believe me, its harder than it seems. and the Extended Stay America wanted about 6000 for the 3 months to live there.
