Rent is $715/mo. + utilities (per person it is around $450/mo. with utilities-depending on your cable package, it could be less). It is unfurnished and has washer/dryer hook-ups. Pets are allowed. There is a pool and a sand volleyball court, and the management is helpful and courteous. You would be able to sign a new lease, minimum 9 months, and move in around August 15th (earliest). I will take some pictures of my apartment to post as soon as I can.

Also, I need someone (or a pair) to take over the whole apartment for an entire lease term. It's just not possible for me to do any smaller increment. I'm sorry!! Thanks for your interest though!
