I'm posting this for a friend of mine.

1 room and private bath in a 4bed4bath apartment available at Wolfcreek (which is booked up already!). You'd be living with three other guys, and the cost is $420/month which includes all utilities, electricity, cable, water, you name it. Looking for someone to rent from August 2006- August 2007. My friend had signed up to live there but has changed his mind.

Just $420, and you get a gym, pool, tanning place. Even though I have never lived there personally, I know it's a pretty cool place.

Plus you don't have to pay >$300 to get to class because you can just use their shuttle (or I suppose the savings would be more like $600 if you include gas).

I don't see why not. I know he definitely prefers someone living there for the whole term, but I'd give him a call if I were you and ask him!
