Hi,I just posted my condo for rent. University Woods is near the Centennial Campus. $285/month or pay 6 months at a time and I give a discount ($265 /month paid $1590 July 31 and again in Jan) We have maintained it really well. There is a washer and dryer and you have your on romm with walk-in closet and bath.Let me know if you are interested and I will answer any questions you may have.Do you have friends looking for a place? It would be great to have all grad students.

If you have pictures post them on here -- otherways it just looks like your place is so crappy you dont want to turn away potential renters.FYI, I lived at Uwoods for 2 years (one year on each side of of Trailwood) and its the crappiest place I've ever lived in. Management sucks, the neighbors always sucked, and we had numerous problems with our apartments. I'd strongly urge everyone to NEVER rent from the priess co.

Univ commons is not owned by priess. It's a fairly nice place and is in that long strip of apts on gorman street. Not a bad deal for 225$ I would say.[Edited on July 18, 2006 at 4:30 PM. Reason : doh]
