Here's the real kicker: It comes complete with a 2 level party cabin in the huge fenced in back yard. Cabin has all the outdoor cooking and partying equipment including a full stereo, big screen tv, couches, fridge, AC, and whatever else you could need. This place is party central and keeps idiots from trashing the inside of your house. Hahahhaaa.

The place for rent is a duplex off of Dixie Trail, VERY close to NCSU...and only a short stumble from Crowley's. Just follow the grooves in the pavement we've worn from our own stumbles. Did I mention the party cabin???

It's a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Comes with washer and dryer. Parking-o-plenty. Central heat and AC. Landlord kicks ass. He's an old party guy from State himself. Great place for dogs. My two labs LOVE it here. Great neghborhood and all the neighbors are awesome. The place a few doors up sold for a $1,000,000 if that tells you anything about the neghborhood. We're pretty much off the scale crazy and nobody ever calls the cops. Demolition derbies in the yard, bands, parties that run well past sunrise, you name it. $700/month and only $300 deposit. Available in the next couple of weeks after I get my shit moved to the coast.

Don't miss out on this one. Seriously. Places like this are typically non-existant. Dog friendly AND a party cabin.
