Looking for someone to rent the last room in the house I am moving into July 28th. It is 2 story with a 2 car garage. The room that is available is 10.1' by 10.1' in size with a closet.

We currently have furniture and everything for all common areas, including all appliances and a 42" HDTV in the living room. XBox 360, Gamecube, PS2, plenty of games, I assume this would be most appealing to a guy, but females are welcome to move in.

We currently have two guys there, myself and a good friend of mine. I am a recent NCSU grad, I am self employed and work from home. The other guy is in grad school and works part time. We aren't into big parties anymore, but aren't opposed to one every once in a while.

I would prefer a 1 year lease, but I could do 6-month if I had to.

The bath for that room is shared with one other guy.
