I'm going to be out of town the week of August 5-12. I'd like to find someone who is experienced with rabbits to take care of my Bailey while I am gone. If at all possible, I would like to find someone who has a spare cage she could stay in for the week so that I don't have to move the one she's in. I'll supply all toys and food and everything. She's a Holland lop, if that makes a difference. 4 months old. She hasn't been spayed yet, so separation from boy bunnies is a must.Would anyone be willing to help me out here? If so, PM me with an offer. Otherwise she'll be staying with family.

what time are you leaving on the 5th?i will be coming back in town on the 5th, but not until 3 or 4 in the afternooni don't have an extra cage though... i've had oscar for 2 years and trust me you get used to having to carry the cage around with you (and the food, and the extra litter, and the hay).also if you are going to be moving your bunny around now and then its good to have a carrier case... i got one at petsmart for about $15. its basically like a cat carrier but its cloth instead of plastic.

Not sure about what time I'll be leaving. I'll find that out. It's not so much that I refuse to move the cage. It's more that if I do have to move it, I'll probably just get friends or family to take care of her. That all depends though. I really would prefer someone who knows about what they need.I probably will get a carrier, I just haven't yet. I am going to be taking her to the vet and stuff soon, so it won't be too long before I do get one.Right now I'm just looking to see if anyone would possibly be interested in helping me. I'll work on details later. Thanks for the advice, and I'll let you know when it gets a little closer to the time.
