All in the past day or so about 80% of any webpage I try to load "times out" and its really fucking annoying me. Yes, i repaired the connection. Yes, I turned off my modem for like 5 minutes and then booted it all back up with no success.

Anyone got any ideas? Cause this is rather pissing me off.

Agreed, some form of P2P. I'm borrowing free wireless for a month from my apartment complex and I noticed the same thing earlier this weekend. The connection dropped a lot, and went 20Kb/s or slower when I did use it.
