No, I work Federally Declared Disasters, and the money is awesome.I never went to NO, and i work for the Feds(thus, the President has to declare it a disaster) I have been to GA, FL, MS, AL, TX, NC, OH, and now NY for disasters so far.

Sometimes i feel like I am working in a third world country

I finally found a hotel with internet. I have lived out of my suitecases for about a year now.
