Hi,

I've looked through older threads, but was hoping to post a new one since I realize real estate changes. I am looking for 3bedroom townhouses in the RDU area and have had moderate luck finding places. I am not able to find recommendations though one way or the other. I was hoping you fine folks could fill me in on any recommendations for town homes or websites that may have reviews and what not.

Thank you !

your description is way too broad for anyone to provide you with an educated opinion.

What's your price range?
Are you looking for existing buildings or new construction?
Where in the Triangle are you looking? The RDU/Triangle area is huge.
Are you looking for a garage?
Do you have absolutely no idea where to start and want information on where to start?

Hi Bobby,

Thanks for your reply. My apologies for not further specifying.

My price range is between 100k-200k. I'd prefer a new construction but would definitely settle for something old. I'd like to ideally move to a place where I can resell my house easier than other areas. Is it true that townhouses are impossible to sell?

Bottom line is, I'm not really sure where to start and would really appreciate any and all assistance that you may be able to give me.

Thank you again.

if you arent familiar with how to go about finding a place, or where to start, you may want to meet with a Realtor. It's free for the buyer, and they can be very helpful.

Also, don't listen to Natalie. She's dumber than a bag full of bags.

try the MLS listing...you can search for free here http://www.ysu.com
enter in the specs you want and you'll get a list of places for sale...you can search yourself, but if you're really unsure of where you want to live i would go with sober's suggestion of getting a realtor. townhouses are not impossible to sell...3 bedrooms are supposedly easier to sell than 2 (or that's what my bf and i were told when he was int he market for a townhome). a townhouse could be a good investment if you would like to turn around and use it as a rental property later.
