Now it's looking more like three people are what we need here. I've got one Engineering grad student who'll come in, as long as there aren't any loud, wild, party people there.

Scott, the one guy who is living there already, is in fact cool, mature, and easy going. So, two friends could come in and square off a good living arrangement in a very affordable place . . .
