I have my ncsu webmail working fine but I want to add my gmail and a few other SMTP/POP3 accounts to my outlook and bring them all together in one place. I have added my gmail correctly and Outlook verifies that the connections are solid. Then when I click "Finish" there is no change to my personal folders or addition of a POP3 mail client. Can I add multiple email accounts to outlook? If so, what am I missing here? Thanks in advance.

for pop3 accounts, outlook is just going to download all new mail into the pre-existing outlook local inbox folder.A new mailbox would only show up under your personal folders if there was a seperate mailbox stored on the server, like with an IMAP account like you probably have your ncsu mail set up as.If it bothers you having 2 inboxxes, you can either add rules to copy new mail from your imap account to your local inbox, or set up your ncsu account as pop3 instead so the mail gets downloaded to the same folder. (note this will make downloaded mail unavailable in webmail unless you add a no-delete option)

Try using rules perhaps? Have *.ncsu.com moved to the NCSU folder and *.gmail.com moved to the Gmail folder. I've never tried this so I dunno if it would work.
