Where is the best place to buy rights to one? When I Google it I get tons of sketchy looking sites.

But, you can get one through yahoo or godaddy, but if you actually want a site or hosting to go with it, then you would want to look at 1and1 for the cheapest, and godaddy has some deals every so often as well.
