It was in my old apartment for a few months and my new one (which I live in by myself) -- neither had pets -- for this past year. It's in good condition and I'm sure I could get a lot more but I don't really care at this point. I just need to get rid of it.

The only stipulation is you have to pick it up in Cary somehow. I'm flexible with hours. I'm packing my apartment up, getting ready to move so I'm usually around. This needs to be done before next Thursday.
