I wasn't asking for research on the place. I'm asking for personal experience, comments, concerns, deep thoughts, jaded opinions, etc.

Ok we've got the obligatory "do your own work" post out of the way, so has anyone lived there/is living there currently that can tell me about the place?

ok so then you get a bunch of anecdotal evidence that may or may not be representative of the place

sounds good to me

Hence, why I have done my research before hand. But you can't get the whole story just from what the landlord says.

NOT all of UC is owned by a rental co. Building 1521 where i am is privatley owned, half a dozen or more differnt landlords, all with differnt deals to offer. Plenty of parking, good lcoation bus wise, jsut sucks biking to cmapus as it is all uphill form here, low rent, low utilities, and other than occasional parties, low noise.
