I can see the network, but i can't connect to it. It tells me there is great signal, but it won't connect. I've had it connected to other networks, but I can't get it to connect to my own. I can't find any settings that are different from the other laptop we have. Suggestions?

mac filtering is my guess with the info given

I don't believe the mac filter is turned on
