how much for just the tires?

i would let the tires go for 700, i cant really take much less because the rims are not to expensive and its going to cost me atleast 50 bucks to get the tires pulled off.you can get these same tires from 4wheelparts.com for 160 a peice, plus 75 dollars to ship, so 875 new, so you can get them for 175 dollars cheaper from me if you are interested, plus you wouldnt ahve to wait for shipping

yeah almost all fords and dodge rams and older jeeps have 5 on 5.5, but as for the backspacing i cant tell you, thats based on waht vehicle, the lift, and how you want it to look, 3.25 inch backspacing si pretty agressive, means they will stick out pretty far on msot vehicles
