i know several people on here have puppies, or at least social dogs who would like to play more.

i've got a new puppy who needs to learn not to be afraid of other dogs. she needs other puppies to play with, or gentle larger dogs. i take her to petsmart and other places, but what she really needs is the opportunity to just run around and play.

let's start a fight play club.

I have plenty of time on Thursday after 10am. Bailey could use someone to play with now that Jake is gone.

there is a new dog park near downtown (near the historic oakwood neighborhood). Everytime i take my dogs, there are alot of other dogs there.

I'm available all day today and will probably either go to Millbrook exchange park or the new oakwood park this afternoon. We can either go there or to someone's house. I'm in an apartment and my Bull Terrier needs to run today! lol

Let me know if you're interested!

^ The Millbrook dog park has a separate section for puppies and small dogs (<30 lbs or so). The big section can get kind of rowdy, but the puppy/small section is a great place.

my doggie would love to play with someone! i feel so bad because she was raised with my parents' 2 jack russells and then i took her and she's all alone with two (In her opinion) retarded cats. ...she had soo much fun when i had a foster puppy.

Who wants to go Thursday? Bailey could really use some playtime. She's about 20lbs or so. Post good times, preferrably early afternoon and on.

poor dizzy got scared because a basset hound chased her around... but she ran herself to exhaustion after an hour and a half.

of course, now she's wide awake.

My little runt loves new dogs, he tends to hoard them though no matter what size so it might be good experience! He never runs out of energy either so it could help!

my girl's gonna have to join the play group later. took her to the vet today for sneezing, and she'll be on antibiotics (just in case) for the next week.

Aw poor pup.

sparky that is a great resource for me right now. Shortly after I posted above I realized it's probably a bad idea since Bailey's not spayed and is about the age when she can reproduce. I can't afford that for 1-3 weeks so female playmates are best. Let me know when you're having a doggy get-together.

duke is a male and is not neutered. so i must revised my offer to spayed/neutered females only.
