I have two of these, both used, work just fine, hold the same charge since I've had them. Some scuffs and the like on the bottom touch screen but I've yet to see any DS that doesnt have those after a couple of weeks of use. Nothing major at all.

I'm selling both my GF's and mine. Any serious offer will be appreciated, can pick them up whenever. We live right by campus.

Also, they come with box n' stuff.

Mine doesn't but that is because I have used screen protectors the entire time.

Fair enough....but it doesnt change the fact that these scuffs are completely meaningless and don't show up once a game is turned on and light is coming through. Only when the DS is off and it is blank can you see them.
