I have 3 bedrooms available in my house starting August 1st (possibly sooner). The house is off lineberry and close to 40, 440, NC State, downtown, and shopping. Here's some specs:

back porch and patio w/ 7 person hot tub overlooking a pond
large lot with grass and wooded areas
downstairs has a living room, family room, half bath, dining room, and kitchen with beautiful laminate floors throughout
1 car garage

The available bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: $400/month, HUGE (25x13) w/ walk in closet and private bath w/ dual vanity sinks and shower/tub combo
Bedroom 1:$360/month, 13x13, shares 1.5 baths with other 2 rooms
Bedroom 2:$320/month, 11x10, shares 1.5 baths with other 2 rooms

I am only looking for people willing to sign a year lease, and pets are not allowed. If I can't find people to sign a lease for these 3 rooms by the first week of July (lease starting in August), then the last person living here is going to move out as well, and I will rent the whole house for 1400/month.

The one guy that will still be living here is a 22yo male who works full time, attends school as a horticulture major, and likes to go out on the weekends. He's really laid back and gets along with most people.
