I guess he is asking about Sprint's "Ready Link" Feature...Sprints CDMA version of the Walkie-Talkie feature...gotta admit it will be cool when Sprintel releases a phone with the IDEN Walkie Talkie feature but CDMA for phone calls....that is where they will head starting later this year....

i was askin cuz i know of this site where you can create your own ringtones with mp3s from your computer and it will email them to you. my phones email wont let me get the attachments, i was lookin for someone to send it to me with the ready link if it has that capability

Try http://www.meogee.com/index.php?....We have a Free OTA (Over the Air) Ringtone Loader there...should work for you...I am one of the Mods there...

i thought the idea was to get everything off iDEN and dedicate the iDEN networks for strictly government use?

No....Sprintel Execs have said publicly (and I have heard from my internal sources) that Iden will be supported through at least 2010...Sprintel is gonna ride that cash cow until the dang thng falls apart...They do have plans for a combo CDMA/IDEN handset in the near future though
