pets are ok...as far as sqare footage goes. theres four square rooms total abbout 15ft by 12ft....in other words "i don't know" i would guess 900sf

is this a sublease? or can the person renting stay as long as they like?

it is a sublease for june and july./ however it will be avaiable to renew the lease with no additional deposit or rent increase after...
