For Rent: 3bd/ 3ba condo in University Woods. Like-new top floor unit (no upstairs neighbors!). Washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge included. Available in July/August.

Rent is $990 (ends up being 330 per room), includes water.

to answer a question i got via pm, the length of the lease is also up for negotiation...

so if you need a six- or nine-month lease, this would be perfect
