Next Saturday. Competitive 5K is at 7:30 AM. I know I am nowhere near the shape I am the last time I ran the Komen (2 years ago) it's a pretty fun time and for a good cause. There is a lot of promotional stuff going on too. I hope some of you come out and support it.

I did it last year... only got beat by 2girls ...

good food afterwards but $25 (even though its to a good cause) and getting up at 7am just don't appeal to me... last year I had the appeal of kicking all my coworkers asses but all those people left the company...
