Holmes is a current World Champion and has a record of (23-0-1) including 22 KO's. Holmes is also ranked 13th in the WBA Heavyweight rankings.

Augustin Velez is from right here in Raleigh with an undefeated record of 8-0.

Anybody planning on going? Looks like it could be pretty fun. I have never been to a boxing match live and was glad to see something coming to Raleigh. Marinaccio hasn't beat anybody good, but is fighting for a World title supposedly. Holmes is supposedly pretty good, should be fun to see him fight. Lower level tickets (not on the floor) are only 25$.

I just found two seats in section 127 for $25 each. Kinda tempting.

There is that pesky $8.25 convenience charge too though.

you can just buy them at the rbc box office to avoid that charge

Yeah I picked mine up when I was there for a canes game. No fee and you can pick exactly where you want to sit.

anybody goin tonight? I'm guessing the RBC will be pretty empty, but will be fun to be close to the action. Hopefully there will be at least one good fight
