i don't know the prices on anything but the green couch, which is $75 (it's not my yard sale, it's a neighbor's, but the green couch is mine and if no one buys it at the yard sale and someone is interested on here, let me know):

ain't that the truth

it's in northern durham...no gang shootings, no murders...this area of durham isn't even in the city limits, just in the county...houses are fairly nice (nothing huge, but all well-maintained) and have actual land rather than being stacked on top of each other

if you get shot on the property (that results in significant blood loss), we'll refund your money and let you keep the items you bought

haha right on. i'm just fukin with ya. i actually used to Live up there at "Northpointe Commons" the place was actually real nice as long as you stayed within the 20 acre fenced in compound
