It's true, jail is the only thing that *might* help this guy. You can scold these kinds of people all the time, but it's their way of thinking, and hopefully jail can fix that. But it only works if while they are in jail they get help, not just locked up, because in that case, they will probably do it again.

I mean, take that Dateline shit for example, some of those guys got caught multiple times, even after getting busted on national TV.

That could be something as simple as exposing yourself in the presence of a child. It could have been something unintentional and the child has some psycho bitch parent that got the guy arrested.
