4BR townhome, you will only be living with one girl (she's very nice, cool, clean, respectful).

Well kept place. Girls or guys welcome. This is a really nice, quiet neighborhood where I never have trouble getting to sleep or thinking My room is a good size, I've got my desk, nightstand, queen sized bed, guitars and chest of drawers in here with room to spare. Rent is somewhat dependent on utilities (which are in the name of the father of the two sisters, so you don't have to worry about putting anything in your name), but it's been $350/mo for everything since I moved in. 8-10 minute drive to campus.

Available July 1. First day of Summer Session II classes is July 5. A few pics of the place in my gallery, and more details available upon request. We can probably arrange for you to have your room furnished while you stay here.
