Looking for one housemate for a house right across from the bell tower on Maiden Ln. Next to last house on the right before the end of the street. 2 minute walk to Thompkins/Caldwell/Winston.

Huge house divided into a duplex, 3 girls and 1 guy downstairs, 4 guys upstairs. $240/month for the room + utilities, which shouldn't be much because it's divided between all the people in the house. Upstairs has separate living room, kitchen, 2 full baths, porch that goes down into a good size yard, and big bar area. Lookin for someone who's laid back and doesn't mind havin a party every once in a while. Preferably people who don't smell bad.

haha, no, this one isn't crumbling. The landlord here actually takes good care of the houses. The houses on the left side of the street are the ones that are crumbling.
