I've got about 20 star wars books that are in very good condition. I don't have them with me at the moment, but when I do, I'll list the names and take pictures. I've also got an R2D2 cooler and Double Takes Deathstar. I've always been a huge star wars fan, and will continue to be, but I plan to move very far away and travel quite a bit after I graduate next year, so I can no longer keep this stuff around. I've become very minimalistic. The R2D2 cooler has been a dear friend of mine for a long time. It's never actually been used, it has just sat in the corner of my room for myself and friends to admire. For a long time I planned to never sell it, but I can't keep lugging it around, especially when I move to another country. I'm not sure how much to ask for it, but I'm not going to be a prick about it. I have seen a few sell on ebay for something in the 80-100$ range, and as high as 350$ (which is ridiculous, obviously). Mine is in perfect condition, minus one very small scratch that isn't even noticeable in my opinion. It looks like this:The Double Takes Deathstar is just one of those micro toys that folds in an out, i'm assuming everyone has probably seen something similar to it. It's also in perfect condition.I may or may not be selling my Nintendo (NES). I've got about 8 games for it and two controllers with all the hookups. Don't remember the game names, but I know it has mario 1 and 3. Just like every other NES on the planet, it works perfect sometimes, but other times you have to blow on it and push things around for 10 minutes for it to work. You can either PM me, or drop me an email. mastaple@ncsu.edu or runstaples@gmail.com

5/16/2006 10:41:28 AM
I don't remember all the nes games off hand, but i know i have mario 1/duckhunt, mario 3, hoops, baseball, golf (not sure which one), ninja turtles (not sure which version), and castlevania II. I think there's a couple of others, but don't remember the names. As for the R2D2, it has spent most of the last 5 years in storage at home, but I just brought it back up here to raleigh with me last night.
5/16/2006 11:19:11 AM

5/17/2006 1:16:54 PM

5/17/2006 1:34:22 PM
^yeah, I was thinking about that. I'm just trying to avoid the hassle of shipping it to someone. But I might put it on craigslist.
5/18/2006 1:50:59 PM
one last bump! Got a PM bid of 80$ from scrumples. bidding ends tomorrow night.
5/20/2006 3:30:49 PM
pm dakotaman - i have a feeling he'd make use of it
5/20/2006 3:33:32 PM
this is a bump just incase the other offer falls through.
5/25/2006 4:07:52 PM
Is this sold?
5/26/2006 10:16:17 AM
just curious, what exactly is the tube coming out of it?
5/26/2006 10:55:39 AM
No, it's not sold yet. Scrumples hasn't gotten back to me yet. He still has the high bid so far at 80$. I'm trying to get rid of this thing as soon as possible. I'll deliver if you live within like 5-10 miles of ncsu. The tube coming out the side is how you drain it. You fill it with ice or whatever (hence, it's a cooler) and it has a tiny drain in the bottom. So then you just pull the tube out and drain it afterwards. The tube doesn't stay out like that, you push it back in when done. bring on the bids, because i'm eager to say goodbye to my dear friend mr. R2D2
5/26/2006 4:36:48 PM
haha that tube is how R2 units procreate
5/26/2006 4:45:41 PM
ah, what the hell, i'll give it a bump.
5/26/2006 10:47:02 PM
that cooler is the awesomest thing. ever.
5/26/2006 10:49:21 PM
bump
5/27/2006 11:29:06 AM
how big is the cooler?
5/27/2006 11:53:04 AM
I'll do 20 on the cooler.
5/27/2006 1:11:31 PM
Well, I don't have a tape measure or anything, but i'm 6 feet tall and it comes up to my chest. Not sure on the width, but I can only get my arms like half-way around it I guess. Not sure on the depth of the cooler part, but it goes down like half-way.[Edited on May 27, 2006 at 1:29 PM. Reason : .]
5/27/2006 1:28:23 PM
well, I don't know where scrumples is, so someone else bid on this thing. I'll consider anything over 50 bucks.
5/27/2006 11:06:58 PM
5/28/2006 12:21:48 PM
5/28/2006 11:43:53 PM
55
5/28/2006 11:54:37 PM
5/29/2006 12:27:18 PM
OMG, Joie posted in your thread.
5/29/2006 12:45:55 PM
yes, but I would prefer a bid over a female post at this point.
5/29/2006 12:57:45 PM
You have to offer some new insight or have a witty comment in each additional post. This "bump" stuff is rarely successful.
5/29/2006 4:51:39 PM
man thats cool. bump for the cool!
5/29/2006 5:03:21 PM
help me obi-wan kenobi, you're my only hope.^^how's that? of course you've never seen the movies, so how would you know that quote? [Edited on May 29, 2006 at 5:04 PM. Reason : wrong person]
5/29/2006 5:04:36 PM
I wouldn't, but I'm not a potential buyer, so it's irrelevant.

5/30/2006 1:17:39 PM
I've seen most of this stuff. It's in great shape.
5/30/2006 8:31:08 PM
that's no moon...that's a space station!geez, over 600 views and still nobody wants R2? [Edited on May 31, 2006 at 11:35 AM. Reason : .]
5/31/2006 11:22:22 AM
$25 for all your NES stuff
5/31/2006 11:40:08 AM
the nes has been acting weird lately. i think it's just something wrong with the rf modulator, because i can get it to work if i move the wire just right. but i don't have another rf modulator to test this theory. so if someone would like to come over and test things with a better adapter thing that would be good. that's the only solution i can think of.
5/31/2006 12:14:13 PM
hahaha...I have connections at my local grocery store and I got that exact same cooler for free...the only catch is mine has two broken legs hehe. We use it as a toy box for my son.Anyway, $10 for all your NES stuff as is...even if it's not working right. (in case the $25 bid pulls out)
5/31/2006 3:37:17 PM
60 on r2d2
6/3/2006 12:49:04 PM
$65 on R2D2
6/3/2006 1:18:09 PM

6/3/2006 1:30:01 PM
sorry guys, the R2 is gone. He was adopted by a very loving family.
