we have at least 1, maybe 2 rooms opeining up in the 4 bedroom i am in, lease would be resigned august 1st, wich is mvoe out date for those that are leaving. 275 a month, power/intenet/cable not included, i average 350 or under a month. Private full bath in each room, walk in closets, huge living room, decent kitchen.
