I know everyone and their brother has a real estate license these days, but I was wondering where you guys suggested to take the class/get licensed. Cheap is also a good thing.

i got mine at wake tech.....good teachers and flexible classes...plus i believe the actual classes were only like $200 and change

same guy buying redhat at $300 7 years ago is the same guy going for his realtor's license today

always a day late and a dollar short

haha, i'm not tryin to cash in on the "fad"

Hell, i didnt even know it WAS a "fad"

I just know that I will be getting into some minor real estate after graduating, and figured i'd get a license for it.

Remember that NC is now a broker only state, so it'll take quite a bit longer to get it.

I'm probably going to hit up JY Monk. I've gotten some good feedback for them. Not planning to be a realtor, but I'd consider it in certain areas (not Raleigh.)
