I'm graduating in december and need a room for the fall semester. I'm not very picky as long as the place is clean and rent is $450 or less. I would prefer something on or near the wolfline or catline (unless it's got one of those private buses) but it's not a prerequisite. I'm pretty chill and easy to get along with, and don't care if the roomies are male or female. Kitchen preferred if possible (I like to cook every so often).

I'm trying to sublease my room at Wolf Creek next year beginning in August...rent is $425 a month and it's furnished. They have a shuttle that runs to and from campus. I am trying to sublease it for the year thought...anyway if you have any questions let me know.
