My roomies will be moving out in August (one in mid-August, the other toward the end).

The apartment is 3Br, 2bath, located just off the beltline on Jones Franklin road, http://www.sumtersquareapartments.com. One of the bedrooms that will be open is the master bedroom, which has its own bathroom. The kitchen isn't as nice as the pictures (we have older cabinets, not the new ones in the pictures, and linoleum floors instead of the hardwood/laminate flooring).

Would prefer 2 males, CLEAN. Small animals in cages/aquariums are ok, but I'm tired of the messes/smells dogs and cats make.

Total rent is $705 a month (so you'd pay ~$235), plus 1/3 utilities (electricity and cable). Free wireless internet.
