All the prices on the sites look about the same, any that offer like extra packages or free room upgrades

I've heard great things about Windjammer Barefoot cruises. I was told that their smaller ships with ~100 passengers can get into ports that the big ships could never thing of, so you can skip the tourist traps and go to some really nice spots. This is all what a co-worker told me. I've never been on a cruise with them myself, so I have no personal opinion.http://www.windjammer.com/

for first time cruises with a specific company, travelocity has been the best in our experience. they don't have the fees that some had and they usually have some sort of $x off for using a mastercard or extra board bucks.if you are going on a second+ cruise with the same line, found is it usually cheaper to purchase from the cruise line itself. they often offer discounts to returning customers. we got a pretty decent discount when we booked our alaskan cruise with princess.

Have you tried Cruisecompete yet Queti? We've booked our last 3 cruises with them and you can save a boatload (Pun intended) depending on the line. You pick the ship/date/and cabin type, and travel agents will send you their best deals. We saved over $1000 off of Travelocity on the Disney cruise we are going on this summer.

wtf is up with these staterooms....other than being in the middle with no view, but why would you need a room with a view when you have the reset of the ship? Why are all the cheap rooms these in the middle?

you'd better be including adam on this one...I don't care what the room looks like either. well, I'd prefer a private bath, or shared with you guys, but hell I'll be on a cruise
