I'm looking to rent out my room for the summer to either a male or female. Both of my roommates are male and graduate students. The neighborhood is quiet and family like.

I'm flexible on dates, but I would like to have someone at least for all of June and July. I can move out pretty early in May if you want in sooner, and I can move back late in August if you want to stay longer. I will recap the availability below.

house has washer/dryer, kitchen, large living room, back deck, yard, garage (you can park in it if you like)

$250/month, + 1/3 of utilities
about 4.3 miles from nc state, 8-10 minute drive
