I'm looking for someone to take my room at UH for the summer. It'll be available from mid-May through July 31. It's 1 bedroom/full bath in a 4BR/4bath apt. Rent is $380/mo plus utilities (usually around $40-45/month for power, digital cable, and Road Runner). This is a 3rd floor apt with vaulted ceilings, and is fully furnished (bed, dressers, desk chair, living room furniture). My roommates are 3 guys, non-smokers.

For those of you not familiar with UH, it's a nice place to live. There are grills behind my building, ample parking, shuttle to campus, pool, basketball courts, volleyball court, and a car wash. Let me know if you're interested.
