the quickstart thing doesn't work that well (hasn't since day 1) and has to be ordered from them (free to replace since less than a year old) --- we just use a long match to light it each time or light a paper towel on fire at one end and put it down there, etc etc. get creative.





cost about $150 new, looking to get ~$75 for it
