I can't get my dad's window's taskbar to be at the bottom of the screen. I don't know how he moved it, or why I can't move it back. It isn't locked. I looked on the FAQ, but they only tell you to unlock it, they were gonna charge $35 to answer this dumb question in chat, so if anyone could help me out...

right click the taskbar, make sure it isn't locked

if its not locked, just click it and drag it to the bottom of the screen
