I need a roommate to share a spacious apartment in Rhynes Gate (across from the Mckimmon Center near Wendys). Its a 2 bedroom apartment with private bathrooms, washer/dryer, and a huge kitchen and living room! I love it and don't want to leave so I need a roommate. Its mostly furnished and really new feeling (which is rare for most college places). Rent is $400 and the utilities usually ends up to be about $40. I'm female and senior at State, so I'd prefer another female but I'm open to a nice organized guy. Rhynes Gate is an Awesome place to live, close to FOOD, CAMPUS and the beltline. Its on the wolfline and Cat route, as well as a 15 min bike ride/ 20 min walk to the brickyard on campus. No smokers please, and unfortunately no pets . I'm looking for someone to move in July 1 and take up a year lease. Please message me for pictures, further details or to drop by and see the place! ~Courtney

Hey, I was wondering if you'd found anybody yet? I'm looking for somewhere without pets (bad experience) and I need to move out of my current place on June 30th. I'm a double major and will be finishing up one of my degrees next year (so I suppose that makes me a senior, depends on who you ask) I'm clean and familar with the location of Rhynes Gate and really like that isn't close to the buses. I have my own bedroom stuff though so I was wondering what you meant by mostly furnished?~Stephanie

Oh god that's a lot of money considering it's right next to my place and I pay over $100 less than you.

Oh really, where do you live?
