So I order this USB drive online, but didn't realize that the account had my old address. Now, its already shipped and FeDex tried to make two attempts at delivering. (Saw it online with the tracking number) So how I do I get my package? I tried to find the distribution center number, but couldn't. Any ideas?

Yea, call with the tracking number and have it re-routed to your current address.

If they made an attempt, they should have left a door knocker tag on the door. They will only do three attempts. If your old address is near where you are, I'd go get your tag. My dad puts his cell number on his, and will deliver it to where ever the customer is, if its in his area, even at a work place. Alot of the other ones will, too. They don't get paid until it gets delivered, so its more a pain in the ass than anything. The terminal number would be on it too. Or yeah, you could call 1800 GOFEDEXI think thats the number. Look it up.

Thanks.I used the ^ advice and got the tag. It needed to be signed. But hopefully, I'll get my package soon!

If they attempted and left a tag check it online. If it's not on the truck for delivery for today you may be able to just go pick it up if both addresses are in Raleigh.

If it's home delivery it will be there today. If it's ground then monday.
