Is there anyway to send an email from webmail using @unity.ncsu.edu? I made an facebook account with that extension. Facebook deleted my @unity.ncsu.edu account and I can't find out why b/c they'll only communicate with me through @unity.ncsu.edu.Thanks!

Your @unity.ncsu.edu automagically points to your @ncsu.eduIf someone sends an email to csneely@unity.ncsu.edu and sends the same email to csneely@ncsu.edu, you'll get both of them.Same goes for those of us with @eos.ncsu.edu aliases.[Edited on April 17, 2006 at 4:44 PM. Reason : w]

Yeah, I know that but I want to send someone an email and it will show @unity.ncsu.edu when they receive the email (versus @ncsu.edu).

set your mail client to use "csneely@unity.ncsu.edu" in the "reply-to" field.

that sounds pretty ridiculous - you can make it appear like you are sending it from anywhere - why would they have a restriction like this

Login to webmail, click on 'options' at the top, click on 'personal information', and change 'e-mail address' to whatever@unity.ncsu.edu

I guess it's because facebook sucks. They deleted my Borat Sagdiyez, and it looks like everyone elses' on the entire facebook network, but there are still a million Ali G's. what the hell
