finding a drum - that's just the beginning...you've got to be able to cut that thing in half with a torch, weld on some sort of frame and handles and hinges, interior charcoal shelf (metal grating will work fine), a smokestack (with a slide-cover?), and then maybe some sort of smoker box on the side.Oh, and you're gonna want to wash that drum until you'd eat off of it before you do all of this.Also, it'll be so heavy that you might think about putting wheels on it. Otherwise you'll have to leave it where it is made.Just about any industrial business discards old steel drums. Get the biggest one you can.
