Kenny Hawkins Automotive, west of the fairgrounds on Germantown Road. Absolutely the best. Does mostly high end cars. Many owners from out-of-state come there due to his reputation. He has done work for me several times and perfect every time.

4/13/2006 7:45:04 PM
what do you need to fight? There are differente ways to go about things.
4/13/2006 8:04:41 PM
if i remember correctly. they will cut the body shop a check, so if you think you can jsut pocket the cash, its not that easy.[Edited on April 13, 2006 at 8:30 PM. Reason : ]

my roomate said to "fight" the insurance adjusters proposed settlement until i get what im satisfied with just looking for tips to get as much money as i can and not get screwed by them
4/13/2006 8:47:30 PM
ive seen just as much shitty work from kenny hawkins as i have seen good.

if you take it to haddock, they are an aproved repair shop for a couple of agencies. They just send the bill to the insurance company. There is no haggling. You only need to fight it if they are sending you to a shady place and you are not satisfied. Or, if they refuse to cover repairs that need to be done.It gets more involved if you are trying for rental vehicles, personal injuries, and other damages.[Edited on April 13, 2006 at 8:53 PM. i might need a rental car (depending on how long the job will take)
4/13/2006 8:55:54 PM
In my experience, they just asked up front if I needed a rental. If you need one, they arrange it for you on the spot.

4/13/2006 9:13:48 PM

4/13/2006 9:18:24 PM

4/13/2006 9:25:31 PM

4/13/2006 9:27:42 PM

4/13/2006 9:28:58 PM
Haddock does great work, had two cars done by them
4/13/2006 9:34:11 PM
they cant straighten a panel for the life of them. And when they attempt to, they try to charge more than the OEM panel cost at the dealer!
4/13/2006 9:40:52 PM
^^^^ ^^^ its amazing that one of the most pathetic people on tww is trying to insult others
