Can anyone recommend a particular hairstylist/salon that I could go to for trimming/managing short hair? I'm female so no barbershops...

Yes, that's why when I initially got mine all cut off I emphasized that I wanted a feminine cut. It was modeled after Natalie Portman's hair when she was on the cover of Vogue magazine.

But I don't necessarily mean so short it's shaven or slightly longer. I'm probably going with something more like this:



Especially if I get a particular job I applied for, which is field work in a hot, humid environment with possibilities of getting tics and chiggers.

Yeah majority of guys I've been around since getting my hair cut have said they prefer long hair, but then are quick to say that mine looks good. Here's me the day of getting it cut:


It's quite a bit longer now, but still not the length of the pic I posted above.

Seriously, though, go to salon blu (the one on wake forest) and see kristin. i looked for a good place to get a short haircut in raleigh for like 3 years until i found he. she is really attentive, and if you're not totually happy, she will fix it for you.

nifty but.............. it's like an overloaded buisness card..has their address and lists they have some services..great. I'd much prefer some actual info on the site to the retro music and wierd stuff.
