when penny's has a sale you can get them pretty cheaply even for hard to get sizes, especially online. I wear tall sizes & I can usually find stuff reasonably priced.

rugged wearhouse. theres one in south hills and one out capital and new hope church. if you get there on a stocking day you will definatly find a good pair for under 10 possibly as low as 3 or 4.

^^agreed. Although khakis are one of those items that are stocked year round, they're always on sale (and you may be able to find a pair on clearance for even cheaper).
