-there are two girls living here now so we would prefer a female to rent the space out
-two full baths
-house is completely furnished (you would need to provide your own furniture for the room)
-no pets or smoking
-prefer 6mth-1yr lease with 1 mths rent as a deposit that is returned after you move out
-rent is $460 which includes everything
