Two bedroom apartment for rent in Ivy Chase. Really close to campus, former tenants were two females so everything is still clean and neat. Pets are allowed. The apartment is 3rd floor looking over the volley ball court. Rent is paid by the room and we are moving into a house before the lease expires, both tenents are willing to pay the first months rent. The lease runs out end of july. Rent is 465 a month per room power and water are included. Cable and internet are not included in the rent.
