$650 per month. I will be out of town from June - end of December... Actual dates negotiable. I have a 2bdrm place, but plenty of stuff i'll be leaving behind to fill the second bedroom. Most of my furniture can be used by the person subletting if they wish (we'll have to figure something out).

This will be perfect for an exchange student or someone who has only 1 semester left and doesn't want to sign a 1 year lease.

Apartment is in the Ashborough and has an attached garage. It's first floor too. Great layout.

I have a 2dbrm apartment to myself. I need a place for storage while i'm gone. So my stuff will take up the 2nd bedroom, and someone else will get a 1 master bdrm + 2 bathroom apartment.
