The computer like I said is a Dell computer and it is from the 1100 series. I know that there are three types of 1100 series that you can get but honestly any one of the three just for moving into an apartment complex is a pretty good deal I think. As for the second month of rent that is pro-rated throughout the remainder of the lease. \

1)I fixed the links

2)Find another place that is this nice and is going to give a free anything let alone a computer. And don't be so cheap spend 100 bucks and upgrade the computer to suit your needs.

3) I never stated there were 8 months free I stated that the first month is free and the 2nd month that you get free is pro-rated through out the remainder of the lease.
Price ranges from 595 - 950 prices after being pro-rated will be cheaper.
